Asking Parliament to Vote on Article 50 TEU for the Third Time?


In a blog post published at the Bruges Group BiE's Dr Gerard Conway inquires whether the Brexit challenge at the Supreme Court in reality asks Parliament to vote on Article 50 for a third time. He explains that the very purpose of the referendum was to establish a decision-making procedure for leaving the EU, and that this procedure was implemented by the June referendum.
