Draft plans for UK Bill of Rights plainly flawed

In an article published in the Solicitors Journal, Britain in Europe's Dr Dimitrios Giannoulopoulos criticises leaked draft plans for UK Bill of Rights indicating that relying on rulings by courts in other Commonwealth countries could substitute for the European Convention on Human Rights.
